Who we are
Heron Ops is a brand of Printirano Ltd, registered in Lovech, Bulgaria ("we"). We are the controller for the personal data described below. Contact: alex@heronops.com.
What we collect and why
- Business contact details (name, role, work email, company, website) of people at agencies and businesses we may work with, collected from public business sources. We use them to send relevant business offers, based on our legitimate interest in promoting our services to businesses (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Information you give us when you email us or book a call: your name, email, company details and your answers in the booking form. We use it to prepare for and hold the call and to follow up (steps before a contract, Art. 6(1)(b), and legitimate interest).
- Client data we process for our clients (for example their leads' contact details and messages) is processed only on our clients' instructions under a data processing agreement. For that data, our client is the controller.
Your choices
Every outreach email includes a way to opt out. If you opt out, we keep only the minimum needed to make sure we do not contact you again.
Who we share data with
Service providers that help us operate: Google (email and calendar), Cal.com (call booking), Instantly (email sending), Netlify (website hosting) and Anthropic (AI processing for client systems). Some of them are in the United States; transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Prospecting data: up to 12 months after our last contact, unless we start working together. Client and contract records: as long as required by Bulgarian accounting and tax law.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your data, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest, including direct marketing, at any time. Write to alex@heronops.com. You can also complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg) or the authority in your country.
